Just on the outskirts of Antigua, Guatemala is a small cooperative we work with to make our cotton rugs. They specialize in pedal weaving to create experimental textures, using 100% organic naturally occurring colored cottons.

The cotton they use is grown in Guatemala and naturally comes in white and peach colors. The contrasting dark navy and black colors in our cotton rugs come from up-cycled denim threads. We've been working with this workshop since 2018 to create our Steps Mats.
