The weavers in Zinacantán are just a short walk from the town's central square. They have a large home workshop with six pedal looms and a small sewing workshop, run by a husband and wife team. They employ several weavers in the community and even have a small yarn store that allows community members to purchase thread more easily.
We've worked with Marco and Carmela since 2016 to co-create some of our most popular kitchen and dining styles.
